NO MORE SHOWS OF ANY KIND AT THE MONROEVILLE EXPOMART!

Oxford Development, the company that owns the Monroeville Expomart will be turning the building over to a third party in October of this year. This third party is converting the Expomart to office space and has no interest in having shows of any kind in the future. Thus, this upcoming July Steel City Con will be our last show in the Monroeville location. This information is currently being communicated to all our attendees and dealers. Since most dealers and attendees will want to attend this last show we expect it will be the biggest turnout in our history. While this news of the Expomart no longer hosting shows is disappointing we are pleased to announce that the Steel City Con has secured a new home! Many details to follow in the weeks to come!

JULY 26-27, 2008 STEEL CITY CON: CELEBRITIES AND THE BATMOBILE!

The Steel City Con is pleased to announce that our Celebrity Guest list is already starting to build up for the July Show! Larry Thomas, famous for his role as the "Soup Nazi" on SEINFELD will be doing a signing appearance. He will be signing photos and yes, soup ladles! Anthony Forrest, STAR WARS "Stormtrooper Officer" from the famous Jedi Trick Scene With Alec Guinness will be signing. Additionally, the wenches of Captain Jack Sparrow will be there! BOTH Vanessa Branch ("Giselle" from Pirates of the Caribbean) and Lauren Maher ("Scarlet" from Pirates of the Caribbean) will be in attendance. How would you like to take a picture with the 1966 CLASSIC TV BATMOBILE?? Well, on July 26-27, 2008 you will have your chance to do just that.
